Announcement of winner of the Deborah Rogers Foundation Bursary Award


The winner of the inaugural Deborah Rogers Foundation Bursary Award is Sam Coates, Senior Rights Executive of Vintage Books, PRH. The two runners-up were Celia Long of Penguin Random House, and Emily Randle of David Higham Associations. The winner receives £10,000 to fund his travel expenses to take up work placements abroad and in the UK.

It was also announced that the Bursary will henceforth be known as the Deborah Rogers Foundation David Miller Bursary.
